I have just had the pleasure of working with one of London’s finest restaurants, ‘Roussillon’ in Pimlico. I was asked to photograph some of the fabulous dishes that head chef Dan Gill produces. Dan developed his skills at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons and at Midsummer House. It was great fun shooting the preparation of the food as well as the final pieces.
